Annual EVHOA Meeting
Held in mid-May with location to be announced in early April. Annual meeting information including resumes of Board candidates will be provided electronically via email for online voting in mid April. For those without email, information will be mailed in the same time frame.
Annual audit reports will be available mid to late June via email or can be picked up at the HOA office at 5900 N. Burdick St., Suite 110, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
All landscaping projects, gutters, walkways and any other changes to the outside of your home must be approved prior to commencement of work. An architectural request form must be completed and approved prior to any change (see forms page)
EVHOA Board Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the EVHOA office (5900 North Burdick Street, Suite 110).
Concerns or Problems?

The current Erie Village Homeowners Association property transfer fee is $1,500. All property closings will be assessed this transfer fee payable to the HOA. This is in compliance with the By-Laws of the Association.
Grievances, concerns, issues or questions? Please submit in writing to the EVHOA office prior to monthly board meetings. Your submittal will be discussed at the board meeting (with the exception of the May annual meeting). You are welcome to attend and present the contents of your submittal.
Our current insurance agent is OneGroup. If your mortgage or lending institution requires a Certificate of Insurance from the Erie Village Homeowners Association, please contact Denise Conti at 315 -280-6322 or Dconti@onegroup.com. Denise will be able to send a certificate.

Monthly Electronic Maintenance Payments
The EVHOA encourages homeowners to pay their monthly maintenance fee electronically. The following form should be submitted to our office, along with a blank voided check (see forms page).
It is important for the EVHOA to have general information on occupants of each residence, including renters. We would appreciate it if you would complete and return the Resident Survey form (see forms page).
