Annual EVHOA Meeting
Held in mid-May at the Woodlawn Elementary School on Fremont Road. Annual meeting packets, which will include resumes of Board candidates, audited financial statements and an agenda, are distributed early in May.
All landscaping projects, gutters, walkways and any other changes to the outside of your home must be approved prior to commencement of work. An architectural request form must be completed and approved prior to any change:

EVHOA Board Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the EVHOA office (5900 North Burdick Street, Suite 110).

All homeowners should have received a hardcopy of the Covenants at the time of original purchase. If the unit is a resale, the covenants should have been left in the unit by the prior owner. The amendments are not searchable files at this time.

Grievances, concerns, issues or questions? Please submit in writing to the EVHOA office prior to monthly board meetings. Your submittal will be discussed at the board meeting (with the exception of the May annual meeting). You are welcome to attend and present the contents of your submittal.
Our current insurance agency is OneGroup, Bailey Haskell Insurance. If your mortgage or lending holder requires a Certificate of Insurance from the Erie Village Homeowners Association, please contact Sue Dunn at 315-413-4456 or SDunn@OneGroup.com. Sue will be able to send a certificate.

Monthly Electronic Maintenance Payments
The EVHOA encourages homeowners to pay their monthly maintenance fee electronically. The following form should be submitted to our office, along with a blank voided check:

Butler Disposal Systems
Trash collection will commence Wednesdays after 7:00am. Please put your trash containers and recycling bin to the curb after 6:pm the night before collection. If you have questions regarding pickups, you may call the Erie Village office or Butler at (315) 342-0832.
On Monday, November 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Erie Village Homeowners Association by unanimous vote, increased the property transfer fee to $1,000. This will become effective March 1, 2018. Any property closings as of this date forward will be assessed this transfer fee which is payable to the Association. This is in compliance with the latest by-laws of the Homeowners Association.
